built like a tank. made of 316L 10 ga stainless steel and 1.50" acrylic glass. the stand is made of 2" square tubing. filter is made of stainless steel box.
I have $15k invested on this doing the design based on what I have learned from years of keeping large aquariums and will probably cost well over $20k if you will hire a professional to design and build them for you. The stainless steel part was done by a highly skilled sheetmetal worker/welder.. no sharp edge anywhere. this tank can last a lifetime.
partial bill of material: stainless steel - over $5k, acrylic - $4k, labour for stainless steel $5k done at the shop of our sister company and billed to me at zero markup...and many many more. tank was over-engineered to bring the risk of failure next to none. I also wanted to be able to walk inside the aquarium while doing maintenance without worries that the bottom will burst.
I will inlude everything, one 2500 and two 1000 watt 240v titanium heaters and digital controllers, two pumps, kaldness filter media and all plumbing.
tank is 120" long x 72" wide and 30" high
