Selling an antique wire egg basket from the 1970s in the shape of a cat. The basket still has original paint, which is showing wear due to its age as the coating is peeling in some spots. Authentic vintage condition.
It measures approx 11" long and 9.5" tall and 6" wide.
These baskets were traditionally used to gather eggs as they have handy handles. Nice to carry and store eggs picked from the chicken coop or as kitchen decor on the counter top.
The kitty is in the hen house!
You could also use the basket to keep cat toys in it.
