SPRING CLEANING PROMOTION

Hello, my name is Patricia and I am a professional house cleaner, I have been working in the Durham region for over 4 years and leaving my clients satisfied with my services, and I am happy to say that thanks to the recommendations of my clients. My small cleaning business is growing up and that is why this time I am here to offer you this great SPRING CLEANING PROMOTION. Only during the month of April and May we offer your first cleaning (deep cleaning) at 30cad/h (normal rate 35cad/h) and all cleaning products will be provided to you at no additional cost. (usually the client provides the cleaning products or pays an additional 30cad per visit)

I also have experience detailing vehicles and teaching English/Spanish classes if that is of interest. below I leave a brief description of what my services include as well as some reference examples and some notes to take into consideration.

Regular Cleaning Rate

Price: Flat rate Bathrooms - wash bathtub, shower, toilet, sink, dusting, vacuum, mopping Kitchen - counters, stove, microwave, appliance, general surfaces, dusting, vacuum, mopping. Rooms - dusting, vacuum, mopping.

*Does not include window cleaning, inside oven, inside fridge, inside cabinets or drawers, no vacuuming sofas or furniture.

Initial/Deep Cleaning Rate

$35/hr (4 hour minimum) Includes everything from Regular Cleaning package plus the following: baseboard, door and frame dust + cleaning, inside window cleaning and floor mopping. Kitchen appliances full cleaning (includes inside oven, fridge and microwave). Optional Services that will require additional time: Laundry (sheets and duvets), change bed linens, blinds or curtains, vacuuming sofas or furniture.

Pricing Examples: 1 Bedroom + 1 Bathroom Apartment/House Initial/Deep = around 5 hours @ $35 = $175 Regular = around 4 hours (one cleaner) flat Rate = $120 (weekly), $140 (biweekly), $150 (monthly) 2 Bedroom + 2 Bathroom Apartment/House Initial/Deep = around 6 hours @ $35 = $210 Regular = around 5 hours (one cleaner) Flat Rate = $140(weekly), $160 (biweekly) $180 (monthly) 4 Bedroom + 4 Bathroom Large House Initial/Deep = 12+ hours @ $35 = $420+ Regular = 8-10 hours Flate Rate = $250- 360+

Notes: *Will not be able to move heavy furniture or appliances myself. If you require cleaning under furniture or behind appliances they will need to be moved beforehand. *I usually start with a first cleaning = deep cleaning which is charged per hour after this if the client is happy with my work I offer a flat rate for whole work for a regular cleaning, the cleaning times in the examples are only references at the end everything will depend on the condition of the house. *The cleaning supplies for any jobs is provide for the client I will give them a list of the products I will required. If you need me to bring my own supplies it will be an additional $30 fee per visit and additional $30 to bring also mop and vacuum. All work will be done safely and in compliance with social distance guidelines, mask will be worn at all times while working. *the payment can be in cash or e-transfer but if it through E- Transfer taxes will be add to the payment. *I will be more than happy to provide references if you would like to be assured of the quality of my services and be able to trust me with the care of your home.
