2006 Terry 5th wheel 32ft travel trailer. 2 slide outs.
This trailer has had a lot of work done by myself such as: Roof resealed (eternabond tape) roof is in excellent shape, no soft spots. Floor supports, braces, and sheeting replaced. No soft spots in the floor. All rotten wood on the door side and rear, were removed and replaced along with eternabond and diamond plated. Steel frame is solid. Everything was swept and cleaned inside, just needs to be finished. Around $500 of materials included to help finish (lumber, plywood, etc). The worst work is done. Will need work done on the slide out side of the trailer.
Has a propane stove, fridge, water pump, and A/C unit that worked good when I tested it at the end of last year. Two full propane tanks will be included. There will be a matching couch included (not in photos), all cushions were cleaned. Mattress is in decent shape and is in a protective cover.
I will finish the trailer in the next couple weeks if not sold and price will go up. Anyone seriously interested can come take a look.
