16' long by 12' wide, fully insulated and wired for power. Has LED pot lights, a few power outlets and a little loft/bed area. We have been using this as a temporary office since October but no longer need it.
Unit is on skids and can be moved very easily. Would also make a great luxury ice fishing shack.
