On Property lease in North Augusta ON (Must be 16 years or older to lease)
Caine is a 16 year old American Saddlebred/ Clydesdale X standing at 16hh. Caine is your typical draft very in your pocket and a big puppy dog. With that said he is pushy especially with new people until he learns your boundaries.
He requires an experienced rider or intermediate currently in lessons or willing to work with a coach. He is very herd bound to the mare and can be unpredictable when riding out of sight from her. He needs someone with confidence and experience to break this. He is great trail riding with the mare and can do ring work as long as she is in sight.
He is available 2-3 times a week. He currently has a rider so he would be a part on property lease. Due to his need for some re-training and restrictions for the rider he is being offered for $100/month. This is subject to change if his herd bound issues start to decrease.
The property consists of
-over 40 acres of cleared trail
-some forested trails on the property
- quite dirt road leading to more off property trails
-coaches welcome (must have own insurance)
- 2 paddocks one which can be used as a ring - tack room (all tack is supplied)
- barn for grooming on rainy days.
