Companion horse / broodmare

Brood mare / companion horse looking for good home. I bought Bee, a grade mare, at an auction heavily pregnant two years ago. She has come a long way in my care, raised a big beautiful stud colt, was an amazing mother and had no issues when foaling. Unfortunately, I suspect she had some tough experiences with people previously and does not give trust easily. At auction she was said to be 9, however I suspect she is closer to mid teens. She has been vaccinated fully (including for strangles), had her teeth done, and is good with her feet when trimming. She is halter broke but can have a weariness with strangers so is not always easy to catch. I unfortunately do not have any papers for her, however suspect she is a purebred quarter horse. I’m looking for a soft place for her to land as I just don’t have enough room. She would be a great broodmare or companion mare. She nickers to be fed and loves treats.
