Well broke gelding

Putting feelers out there to see if there would be any interest in this guy. Haven't actually decided if I'm going to sell him or not yet, I really like him but I'm wondering if there's a better fit for him somewhere else. He's 19 this year, broke to ride, drive and pack. Stands about 15.1-15.2, solid build. He's been to the mountains, done cattle drives, has some pretty fancy buttons. Seems to be a horse that can be left for quite some time and stays the same, but I'm not 100% sure on that. I won't say he's a beginners horse, but I have had my beginner daughter on him in the round pen and he was good for her. Doesn't seem to be herdbound, haven't really tested that though. He can be hard to catch in a big field, and he is a jerk to get his feet done. I have a super patient farrier and he is slowly getting better, but he definitely needs a lot more work on them. Other than that he's got great ground manners. Gets along with other horses and has been living with cows all winter. He does have some arthritis in his right shoulder, with regular chiro he's pretty sound and he definitely does better with exercise. But I won't sell him as 100% sound because of that.
