Already been checking Realtor.ca, but seeing if anyone is tossing around the idea and wants to save some Realtor fees!
Ideal Home:
- 3 Bedrooms upstairs
- Rooms downstairs for shift workers. - Preferably with a separate entrance
- Bathroom downstairs, with or without a shower.
- Room for parking, preferably 2-3 vehicles
- Fenced back yard, but even if it's not fenced, a decent little back yard for dogs.

We're a young couple looking to relocate to Sparwood to be closer to work. Really motivated and able to take on some renovations if we find the perfect fixer-upper.
