When you invest in a tiny home… it is your home. It is not your cottage or travel trailer or your home away from home. It is your home. You want to live in it year-round without having to move it unless you really have to. MMRH prides itself on building tiny homes that can be used year-round in hot and cold climates.
On the exterior, we’ve got siding and roofing material that can standup to the most extreme weather. We use casement insulated windows which are the same that you will find in any modern house. The floors, walls and ceilings are insulated at R-values that are typically not seen in other tiny homes and definitely not seen in travel trailers (Ceiling R44.6, Flooring R32, Walls R22.5).
All of our homes have complete off-grid capabilities as an option for complete independence from hydro and municipal services. These tiny homes have been completely constructed indoors. This ensures a dry and clean environment within your home. Foundation is provided by a triple-axel Transport Canada approved trailer that will be able to support the lifestyle you place on and in your Tiny Home for years to come.

⁃ Stainless Steel fridge, stove, range hood and microwave.
⁃ Spacious shower in washroom with hot water tank and stacked washer and dryer combo.
⁃ Municipality requirement CSA A277 or CSA Z240 which we are certified.
⁃ Heating system is a Dual Zone mini split 18,000 BTU rated for -30C (-22F).
⁃ Also for comfort included is a separate heating system heated floors.
