Cozy bachelor suite in central Gibsons, Sunshine Coast, BC, available March 1st, 2026. Small kitchen, spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower, and one large room that can be both a bedroom and a living room. The rent includes WiFi, Hydro, Heat, a large fridge, and an electric stove, use of the laundry once a week, plus use of a part of the garden. The suite is located on a view property in Gibsons, near the bus, and a five-minute walk to Lower Gibsons, there is a large grocery store and many other shops in upper Gibsons, a 15 minute walk away. It is unfurnished. This is a one-person rental, and one cat is permitted. There is NO SMOKING in the suite. The rent is $1250. per month, and I require a $600. security deposit. Please include 2- 3 references, preferably from a previous landlord/landlady, and an email that tells me a little bit about yourself.
