No Longer Available - House for sale westhill $475,000

House for sale in Westhill I am selling now for sure will be available to see after March 20. I put it on here before but changed my mind. That will not be the case this time. It needs some simple repairs and a new back deck and some attention but is a great house on quiet bay not far from Joanne Goulet golf course. Would likely list for 475,000 given attention needed but not go lower. Paid 440,000 in 2011. Would want to solidify sale fairly quickly likely to change hands in June beginning or end
