Pick your lot location, home size, floorplan, foundation (screw piles, concrete crawlspace or full concrete basement which can be a walkout on most lots), finishes, colors, etc. inside and out and we will help and advise you to place the order, do the paper work, connect you with the trades and installers for the foundation of your choosing, drill the well, install the septic, have the power and energy connected. All you have to do is move in and enjoy the lake life! We have highspeed internet so maybe you could work from home, or extend your family's holidays or weekends!
