Charming ancestral house with lots of character on King Street in Waterville. In the middle of a nice family neighborhood and close to the two primary schools (on foot).
Beautiful small backyard with a large vegetable garden with two young apple trees and a small medicinal herb garden. We opened the walls on the ground floor between the kitchen and the living room in order to have an open area. All that remains now is to choose the floor covering for the kitchen floor! We leave the aesthetic choice to the following!
