Trade your semi rural home

Unfortunately there has not been many semi rural house options available to us, so we figured we would try out a different approach. We have a beautiful two story home with an amazing open concept design, located on 24.5 acres surrounded by mountains. It features a wrap around deck, sun room, attached garage and a large 32x40 finished/heated detached garage, plus much more. Realtors have said they would list it for high seven hundreds. We are looking for a nicely finished semi rural home within 10-15 minutes of town, closer the better. Also must be in the Westgate bus route. Please let us know what you have and what you are looking for price wise. We would be willing to add money if your home has more value. If you home is not worth as much as ours, hopefully we can work something out. We could also just buy your house outright if your not interested in ours. Thanks
