Moulding attaches to shelf with dowelling and brackets mount to wall with screws - all parts complete
Strong
They are in good condition but need a fresh coat of paint - never have been painted before
In these photos, the brackets are temporarily turned inward to prevent screws from sticking out - easy to put back in proper position
