Looks 100% like the picture in style BUT one of the interlocking arms is broken off (I still have it, damaged in moving, might be able to be repaired). Cannot tell if candles are just sitting on the shelf
This is used so there is wax residue in the bottom of some cups. Mine is currently all wrapped and I didn't want to open it for pictures, nor do I have an example tea lights to put in it.
Holds both Votives and tea lights. Does create an amazing amount of light and warmth considering the size of tea light.
