Black metal base, black stem, black adjustable shade, and takes a single halogen bulb. A clever design with a 360° rotating and lockable shade that can be slid up or down on the stem. The shade can be pointed up like a torchere, on a wall to reflect light, or pointed down for reading. In good vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use. Made in Italy.
