Black midcentury modern (mcm) metal tension pole lamp with 3 lights and adjustable height {Lampe à tension en métal noir midcentury modern (mcm) avec 3 lumières et hauteur adjustable}
Description: Stylish vintage 3 light pole lamp. Rotating metal switch on pole can turn on one, two or 3 lights. Brass sleeve tension spring loaded on top for ceiling. No spring in bottom sleeve, but has a set screw to hold pole in place. Has plastic pole feet pad ends to protect floor and ceiling. Each cone light can rotate 360 degrees to provide various lighting options. Great space saver, as has a very small footprint.
Likely made in North America in 1960s. Appears that it was rewired, and the original three light fixtures were replaced c2000. Sticker inside light shade: Max Type A, 60 Watt. Appears to have original brass turn knob.
Dimensions: 1.25” Diam; Max Ht: 104” (8.7’) Lamp heads: 7” L x 5.25” Diam. Min Ht: 84” to 85”
Condition: Very good vintage condition (9.0 / 10). The lights and switch are in working order. Missing set screw for the top sleeve was replaced with a new setscrew . Electrical cords appears to be in great condition. Minor scuffs to paint in spots. No rust.
