This is a beautiful bronze coloured table lamp base, which I believe is made of a heavy resin material.
It works perfectly and the only flaw I could see is a tiny chip on the top finial cap (please see last pic).
The total height of the lamp is approximately 24” and the bottom measures 4 1/2”.
Asking $22 (was $30).
