Wanted: Looking for replacement lampshades as pictured

I bought two of these lamps about 14 years ago from Walmart and I need some replacement shades for them in white. At the time, these lamps all came with a set of colored shades and a set of white ones. I'm hoping to find someone who used the colored ones and kept the white ones aside. I HAVE tried ordering them from both the Cdn and American Walmart but the ones they had available are made differently at the opening. I need the ones with the wider band and smaller opening. The last (unsuccessful) order was $9/set but I'm willing to pay $20 per set of 5 if I can find some. I'd love to be able to get two sets but would even take 4. The first pic is the lamp. 2nd pic shows what the shades look like from the side, ~5.5 inches at the highest point. The little brown thing in the 4th pic holds the shade on (just need the shades though). The hole in the bottom is about 3/4 of an inch. Thank you for looking!
