Mark II produces consistent cake ring donuts right out of the box and is capable of several other types of donuts (such as yeast-raised, and other shapes and sizes with the proper accessories. With the mini donut option, you can make both full size and mini donuts. The Mark II is compatible with Insider Ventless and Donut Robot® Mark II systems. While the automated fryer works, you can take care of other business! There's no easier, more dependable way to make donuts.

With an automated fryer, no need for turning with sticks, or lifting screens in and out of the shortening. Donuts are deposited, fried and dispensed automatically for finishing such as: sugaring, icing or glazing. With a Donut Robot®, you can make donuts in front of customers or in the back of the store.

- Automatically deposits 2 donuts per conveyor row.
- 'Half-speed' switch available for depositing 1 donut per conveyor row, if/when demand slows.
- Capable of making a wide range of donut types and sizes with the proper accessories.
- Hopper holds 10 lbs (4.5 kg) batter, volume = 10 quart (9.5 liter).
- Depositor can be adjusted for smaller or larger mini donuts.
- Adjustable frying time from 60 to 300 seconds.
