Neutral Disinfectant Cleaner is a broad spectrum, one-step, neutral pH, hard surface disinfectant/cleaner. When used as directed, this product will deliver effective biocidal action against bacteria, fungi, and viruses. This formulation is a blend of a premium active ingredient and inerts: surfactants, chelates, and water.
Disinfectant Cleaner can be used to disinfectant a wide variety of hard surfaces such as floors, walls, countertops, appliances, cabinets, desks, doorknobs, garbage cans, high chairs, outdoor furniture, telephones, coils and drain pans of air conditioning units, sealed granite, limestone, marble, stone and stainless steel.
The plastic bottle expiry date was May 2021 hence the clearance price.
The contents inside are still excellent to use.

NEUTRAL CLEANER INFO
Stronger cleaners can be hazardous to handle and can damage the surface being cleaned. Chemicals also have to be washed down a drain, and they are harsh on the environment. This is why a neutral detergent, with a pH of 7, for general cleaning and disinfecting is recommended.
