Description
The vacuum marinator S PICER 50E is used in catering establishments and in meat and cold shops for quick and easy preparation of meat for cooking, softening the fibers, making it more juicy and fragrant.
The vacuum marinator allows you to optimize and shorten the process of marinating the product in hypermarkets, catering establishments, culinary and meat shops as much as possible.
In a short time, the machine can do a job that, if done manually, would take much longer. Thus, the device allows you to save time and resources of the enterprise.
In a vacuum, meat absorbs spices and marinade better. That is, additional savings can be achieved by reducing the amount of spices.
In addition, meat tissues are able to absorb marinade in an amount of up to 20% of the original weight. This will significantly increase the mass yield of the product and increase the profitability of the enterprise.
For example: loading 5 kg of chicken kebab, 1 liter of marinade and seasoning into the marinator, we get 6 kg of the finished product.
SPICER equipment is capable of performing several functions at once with different types of meat:
• marinate chicken, beef, pork, game and more, evenly mixing the product with spices and seasonings;
• soften meat fibers, making its texture more tender;
