BLACKBERRY PLAYBOOK 16G WI-FI 7 INCH

This is a Blackberry Playbook that has been factory reset and now just needs to have the software reloaded (this is apparently a known issue after being reset, but I didn't know about it until I wiped it to sell it). There tutorials on how to do it online (Darcy's BlackBerry Tools - BlackBerry Forums at CrackBerry dot com), but I have a MAC so I can't do it myself. The device was working prior to being factory reset. It is now stuck at the country agreement screen.
