The OS has been updated to Blackberry 10 Dev Alpha OS 10.0.4.197. This allows you to bypass the requirement to set up the device by logging in the now defunct Blackberry server. It is preloaded with useful apps/games, which will be removed if reset.
Please be aware all Blackberry Playbook running on OS 1 or OS 2 (without upgrade to OS10) cannot be setup for use once reset.
