Vintage Kenwood P-9 Vertical Linear Tracking Turntable Record

Pre-owned vintage turntable in good overall cosmetic condition for its age. Untested and operating condition is unknown. Unit has not been fully tested with a record. Automatic door, linear-tracking mechanism, stylus/cartridge and playback functions are not guaranteed. Shows normal cosmetic wear from age, use and storage. Please review all photographs carefully. Description: Vintage Kenwood P-9 Vertical Front-Loading Automatic Turntable from the early 1980s. The P-9 is an unusual space-saving record player that holds the record vertically rather than horizontally. It features an automatic linear-tracking tonearm and front-loading design. Controls visible on the unit include Speed, Repeat, Synchro, Forward, Cueing, Reverse, Play/Cut and Door Open/Close. This example appears quite complete and presents nicely cosmetically. Original attached RCA audio leads are present as pictured. IMPORTANT: This unit is being sold UNTESTED. I have not verified record playback, stylus condition, tracking operation, speed accuracy or the automatic loading/door mechanism. Due to its age, servicing may be required before regular use.
