Watch to be used with a fitness App. I was using the VeryFit App. You first need to set the watch for the time, via Bluetooth through a fitness App. Keeps track of your steps, calories, hearth rate, reminds you to move, etc. Also has GPS. Includes 2 extra bracelets, never used.
