This Brooch / Pin is " A Rare Find " I could only find 2 items for sale from this Designer, they were from the 1940 - 1950's, from my research this designer was a company that made buttons in New York City, USA. This item appears to be made of Brass with Glass and is Stamped with the Designer's Name. It measures 2.5 inches by 1.75 inches and is Vintage enough to have a " C " Clasp.
