This is a Santevia gravity water filter system. It needs a new filter and mineral stone which are available as a package from the manufactures web site. It does have the prefilter but that should be replaced as well.
No leaks work well and doesn't take up a lot of space.

Filters fluoride and 90+ other contaminants, and then adds essential minerals for taste.
