These are handmade forged blue spring steel knives or butcher cleavers. Razor sharp, long lasting edge, on the heavier side, you can cut through anything with these, bones, meat, fish, vegetables. Great for restaurants. Good for hunters. Can cut through wood and back to vegetables. It could cut a cement block in half. I can make any model knife desired out of blue spring steel. You will have a knife that will give you immense pleasure and forever hold its beauty. The pictures I have here are of the raw knives , not yet polished.
