174 acre tree farm just minutes outside the town of Morell and St. Peters Bay, Plantation completed by PEI Forestry as follows: 1997: 19,538 red spruce, 4312 white spruce, 6014 red pine, 13,419 eastern larch. 2003: 20,601 white spruce, 4306 white pine, 2880 red spruce, 2304 eastern larch, 6711 black spruce. 2006: 2340 white spruce, 6592 red pine. Last maitenance by PEI forestry was in 2016. Tree inventory remains as per the above list. Excellent soil if you wanted to turn it back into farmland. This property is also close to the famous Crowbush Cove golf course.
