Description
Barn rescue car. Bought from the original owner and it sat for nearly 30 years before I took ownership. 54,000 original miles. L-48 with 4-speed manual. I have done a tremendous amount of work to get this car to be the weekend driver it now is. Lot's of fun and gets a ton of love wherever I bring it. List of work done is as follows: Body - replaced front and rear floor pans and new carpet - re-did the windshield frame and installed a new windshield (rust on the floor pans and windshield are common on these years because of the T-tops leaking) - new brakes including: calipers, rotors, pads, master cylinder and lines - new battery with quick disconnect - new front bumper + paint matched (most original front bumpers rot away over the years) - new rear leaf spring - new upgraded reinforced diff cover (+diff service) - rally wheels - new radial t/a tires 235 all around - new oem shifter knob and linkage Engine/exhaust - short plugs and wires (to fit next to new headers) - new distributor - new alternator - replaced rear main seal - edelbrock performance carb - edelbrock valve covers - edelbrock air intake - edelbrock intake manifold - edelbrock performance cam shaft - flowtech performance headers - custom stainless true-dual upgrade exhaust with 2 magnaflow mufflers Needs some finishing on interior assembly and body has original paint + scuffs and chips in the original fiberglass. Has some rust in the doors. Great car that is entirely usable and enjoyable but would need some further aesthetic love to get it to 100%.
