We have been growing the farm, we have animals that have welcomed visitors for several years, we have been building barns and a workshop, we have a building earmarked for a transformation into a fry-shack/country store and so much more. Due to health issues, we have scaled back, and realized we won’t be able to continue this dream so it should be someone else’s dream now. The farm deserves to be continued and expanded and it deserves owners with a vision to continue to grow to its true potential.

The potential to expand to include a country farm store, fry shack, birthday and other party venue, and more exists but needs your energy and vision. Because the bones are present, you can still personalize the areas to your dreamboats standards.

The unorganized township means you have opportunities like sharing the farm with like minded business partners because adding a second or third home on the beautiful acreage is not a concern.

We have a country playground for the schools, daycares and community childrens groups who visit.

The country home is currently a two bedroom two bath with potential to add a wall in the huge secondary bedroom and have it become a three bedroom home. We are sad to leave but feel confident that this is the right place to be if you love animals, gardens, and can see running your own business that the communities that surround you already love.

We didn’t reach all of our goals but we have made amazing bones so this farm is looking for the right buyer to keep it moving forward and grow
