I used this MacBook Air for my business trips so it was used occasionally ( it works very well ).
I had to switch to Microsoft and stopped using it, I kept it just in case I had to use it again.
I decided to sell it because I don’t use a MacBook anymore and have no more business trips due to COVID-19.
I am not an IT person so I can’t answer any questions. Information I can tell you I wrote down here and I took pictures so please, read carefully to understand well.
I called Apple service and asked how to delete all information for resale. I set up an ID and password. When you are here I’ll show you the log in and give you the password, after that please reset by yourself.
I can’t explain well but Apple support was really helpful and spent one hour with me to reset.
