Upgraded Thinkpad T450 + extras

Selling awesome workhorse Thinkpad T450 because I do not use it (got T480 as daily driver).

Imperfections: - trackpoint (aka red nipple) doesn't work (trackpad still works) - physical buttons for left/right click above trackpad do not work (trackpad still works with multitouch and clicks) - the screen is not whitelisted in BIOS for this laptop, so it is 100% brightness in Windows (can't lower it). However it is not a problem for Ubuntu - it has full brightness control. - general "wear and tear"

Extras (left from previous upgrades): - 2x Lenovo original 65W power supply - Lenovo original 45W power supply - 3x 4GB compatible laptop RAM - 2 keyboards (model and state unknown) - lid from t440p with attached cords + speaker from t440p - SSD bracket, 9 "nipples" and misc. screws - some CPU that I pulled out of t440p
