We are booking for spring 2027 grain & grass finished beef.
You can book a whole or half. If you want a quarter you need to find someone else to buy the other quarter.
You’re booking a live animal, we finish it and take it to the butcher of your choice. We charge based on the hanging weight and you work with the butcher to pick your cuts and sausage etc and you pay your own butcher fees. If you’re getting a half we pair you with a client who wants the same butcher. Our preferred butcher is harmony but if you want inspected tatonka is the closest option. Open to delivering to others as well, travel costs will be required for further away delivery.
Right now we have 2 x f1 wagyu steers, 1 x f1 Wagyu heifer, and a half speckle park steer we will be finishing for 2027. They will be receiving a slow grain finish in addition to hay and seasonal pasture to make the best of the Wagyu marbling.
Wagyu will have a $1/lb premium added to market price, prices will be based on the market at the time of harvest.
