Factory fiberglass trailer 3'x4' was taken apart for refinish/paint. Cargo carrier and taillights were removed from frame to make refinish easier. Is a super easy assembly but just hasn't been completed. Comes with all parts necessary to assemble along with new wiring,led lights, tires etc. Internet pic is what trailer looks like completely assembled.
