For 2023-25 KTM models with new chassis. Seat bolt at front is easiest way to tell if your ’23 has the new chassis, all 24-25 have it. From a 2-stroke, but most items work with 4-strokes and some work with older models.

$300 KTM Acerbis Oversize Tank, 12L, black, New. https://www.acerbisusa.com/p94753-fuel-tanks?uid=94753%3Acolor%3D%2523000000. If your ‘23-‘25 250-500 (2T or 4T) has seat bolt at front, this fits. However, if you have a 2024-25 XC-W, you likely want to wait for updated tank from Acerbis. This one fits, but you can’t fill oil tank without lifting gas tank. $10 KTM Front Fork Stabilizer, Used one season. https://www.blackfootonline.ca/ktm-front-fork-stabilizer-54829094100. If you have air forks, this is a must but you likely already have one. Even with spring forks, it is good to minimize compression during transport, especially for long distances.

This is for linkage models, so not EXC with PDS shock. For many models, this is one lighter than stock. Check owner’s manual for correct spring rate for your weight - it matters.

It was way smoother and stronger for my riding (single track, low to mid rpm, part throttle). Also smoother and stronger through mid-range with more throttle.
