When you watch something like Billy Bolt 2024 TE300 bike video and he says “9 mil pump”, this is what he means. Coming off a TE150, I found 250 clutch pull a bit heavy. I like feel of stock levers, this was the ticket for lighter clutch pull. If using on bike with Braktek controls, you need next item, Brembo clutch line.

However, if you have a 2024 XC-W, you likely want to wait for updated tank from Acerbis. This one fits, but you can’t fill oil tank without lifting gas tank. Also complete (white) GasGas headlight assembly, less bulb, and rear fender (white) with taillight installed. Carefully selected components. Relayed harness is like XC-W: lights come on a few seconds after bike starts, go off a few seconds after bike stops. LED is low draw, so even with marginal race bike stator you can run lights and fan if you want. GasGas headlight for my KTM seems odd at first, but 2024 was not available yet and older KTM headlight requires longer brake line from XC-W for proper routing through slit in shell. No issue with GasGas (routes behind shell) and white looks good. I got the needed KTM connector for taillight, but never got around to wiring it. If you have a 250/300 TBI KTM or GasGas with no lighting, this gets you enduro legal lighting. Also works with 250/300 TBI Husky, but rear fender may not fit.

My goal in replacing full-wrap aluminum guards was to restore full flex and vibration absorption of ProTaper bars. Got that, but now when you lightly brush a tree with guard, you hear it, but don’t feel it. And when you tap tree a bit harder, you feel it, but don’t deflect. I really liked them, and protection (controls and hands) is way higher than OEM-style guards.

If your ‘23-24 Austrian bike (125-500, 2T or 4T) has new chassis (seat bolt at front) and is not PDS, this fits. For many models, this is one lighter than stock. Check owner’s manual for correct spring rate for your weight - it matters.

For 2023 KTM 250 XC it was way smoother and stronger for my riding (single track, low to mid rpm, part throttle). Also smoother and stronger through mid-range with more throttle. Full throttle/higher rpm I didn’t notice a difference; it was crazy fast before, crazy fast after . Fits all 250 TBI race bikes (KTM XC/SX, Husky TC, GasGas EX/MC). See screenshot for build options.

$90 Princess Auto 330 lb Motorcycle/Dirt Bike Lift. One time I rolled it out to use it and found a puddle on floor underneath. It would raise with no weight, but just oozed fluid around shaft when trying to lift bike. Pump did not seem rebuildable, so ordered new one from Princess Auto. Apparently design changed slightly in years since I bought lift - bolt pattern on one end of pump was different. I assembled with fewer bolts than intended, convinced myself it would work, it did. It also did not lower the bike as smoothly as original pump. There is an adjusting screw, I suspect that controls things but I never tried

I would run 13-14 PSI with HD tube and still get occasional pinch flat. With tube saddle, I ran 11-12 PSI with standard tube and no pinch flats. Note that these are kind of like Tubliss system - they protect against pinch flat, but not against punctures.
