1976 YAMAHA SX650 Motorcycle Engine

This is a 1976 Yamaha SX650 Engine, and was originally owned by my buddy Tony. He's the bald guy at the wedding table reception at the end of the movie "Shall We Dance"; starring Richard Gere and Jennifer Lopez...and shot here in Winnipeg.

I bought this off of Tony for my dad, brother and nephew to restore a project bike together. Tony drove the bike to my house, and I drove it to my parents place out of town...so it did run. My dad passed, and my mom and nephew didn't know how to store it properly...so you can see the rust on parts of it...and I'm assuming there are parts missing. It's been sitting in the work shed for 20 years. My Harley mechanic told me to put it here for $1,500.00...so here it is.

There's some paperwork and it lists information about the bike and motor; though I don't have the piece of paper that Tony signed it over to me, but I did include a photo of the serial #.
