Description
2019 Decathlon Rockrider XC 500 1x11-Speed All-Aluminum Mountain Bike - Red
Made in France (something not made in Asia for a change!)
Frame/wheels: XL frame, 29” rims/wheels (able to accomodate 27-29"
Drivetrain: SRAM GX Eagle 1x11 and SunRingle Duroc 30
Suspension: Rockshox REBA fork, 100mm remote lockout fork (control integrated into the left handle)
Brakes: SRAM Level T double piston hydraulic, with 180mm/160mm discs
Only used a handful of times on dry trails, never winter ridden. Well maintained. Stored indoors at all times.
I couldn’t find the time to get out on the trails more, sadly. This bike handles like a dream on the trails in e.g. Gatineau Park, Larose Forest or South March Highlands. The SRAM GX is super responsive and reliable; snappy hydraulic brakes; nice fat grippy pedals; super knobby, fat tires that can handle any terrain.
