The time has come for me to part ways with my mountain bike. I haven’t ridden her in several years due to health, I have come to terms that I will not be back on a mountain bike. I purchased her new in 2013, put a lot of miles on her. Each winter I tore her down to the bare frame, cleaned and polished everything and reassembled her. The fork and shock were sent off to Rockshock for rebuild some years ago and only put about 50km on them before I could no longer ride. I have all the receipts since new for upgrades and regular maintenance (it’s a scary amount! (it’s over $4k)). This bike is beautiful. She has wear marks as you would expect, but has been exceptionally cared for. Since the bike has not been ridden in some time, I would recommend doing a full tune up on her. The shift cables would benefit from being replaced and adjusted. Tires and shocks hold air.

I have a small box of misc parts and pieces that will be included with the sale. I will include the brake bleeding kit for the huge hydraulic brakes on the bike and a set of Shimano clip in peddles. I will also include a 1500lm light than can be helmet or bar mounted, great for night time trail riding, this thing is bright (and $400 new!). I have a set of size 14 Shimano clip in shoes that are available for extra if interested.
This bike is like riding a couch off road, perfect for our local single track. Bike weighs about 30lbs (that's light for an aluminum bike this size) fully loaded and is super easy to ride. Reach out if interested or if you have any questions.
