Rocky Mountain Equipe

1997 vintage RM Equipe, size M (17") in good condition. This was either RM's second or third from the top of the line bike at the time and spec is Shimano XT derailleurs, LX hubs and cantilever brakes, Raceface cranks, headset, GripShift 8spd shifters, and Rock Shox Indy fork. The more stretched out geometry could make it suitable for heavy duty gravel build project or, lightweight bike packer since it was RM's highest quality frame that featured rack braze-on mounts. I bought this brand new in the fall of '97 and it's been used occasionally through the years - never raced, road riding has been my focus, but it bears the signs of use and age. I set it up with the riser bars and stem for my wife until we got her something else. I have the original RM stem but sadly no longer have the bars. I'm available weekends and after 6pm weekdays to schedule viewing/purchase. Ridiculous lowballs will be ignored.
