Maintenance/Cleaner position(s) available for 2 locations, Montague and Charlottetown. ( *1 position available for each property*) This role will provide the following services to our Apartment Building : Interacting with Tenants in a pleasant and professional manner Cleaning and general maintenance of interior hallways, common areas and exterior Ensuring garbage area regularly inspected and tidy General light maintenance (eg: change light bulbs) Communicating tenant requests and concerns to management Availability for Live-In Maintenance Manager position is an asset Previous experience as a superintendent or property maintenance is an asset Pay : $300 per week (approx 10 hours per wk) Please email amber@apm.ca or text 902-218-7097
