Job Title: Mortgage and Insurance Office Assistant

Part-Time: 9:30 am - 1:30 pm, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

Compensation: $21 per hour

Description:

MLFSC, a well-established financial service provider with over 20 years of experience in the mortgage and insurance industry, is actively seeking a dynamic and reliable individual to join our team as a part-time Mortgage and Insurance Office Assistant. This position presents a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the fast-paced world of mortgage and insurance services, working within a contemporary business office environment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing customer transactions, mastering the end-to-end sales process, and ensuring meticulous compliance with documentation. Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently load credit deals into the Filogix system Ensure all deals adhere to compliance standards Schedule and manage appointments for staff Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a client-focused approach Complete mandatory mortgage broker and insurance licensing courses, compensated and facilitated through employment Update and maintain pipelines and CRM systems Collaborate in the sales recruitment process, coordinating and participating as needed Manage and enhance our social media presence on various platforms, including the company website Strategize, plan, and execute networking events to enhance client relations Handle email, phone, and meeting management efficiently

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Ability to follow instructions and work independently in a modern business office setting Proficient in utilizing various social media platforms for effective business communication Strong desire and capability to study and complete mortgage and insurance courses, supported by compensation and facilitated by the company Minimal local travel requirement Excellent organizational and multitasking skills If you are a dedicated individual seeking an exciting opportunity for professional growth within the mortgage and insurance financial service industry, we encourage you to apply.
