Receptionist / Customer Service Coordinator
Part-Time (25–35 hours/week)
Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for customers and plays a key part in keeping daily operations running smoothly through effective communication and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Schedule and coordinate service or appointment bookings
Send appointment confirmations and reminders via phone, text, and email
Process customer payments accurately and securely
Respond to incoming texts and emails in a timely manner
Maintain accurate customer records and appointment details
Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role is an asset
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and standard office tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
