We are seeking an exceptionally organized receptionist to support daily operations, manage front desk duties and enter/issue client invoices. The successful candidate should have excellent command of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook Express, Internet applications. Candidates should possess a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, prioritize efficiently while adhering and upholding strict confidentiality practices. Must be a team player, highly organized, detail-focused and exhibit professional, compassionate communication skills. Experience dealing in an Immigration office would be an asset. Duties include reception, greeting of clients, client file and database maintenance, appointment bookings and other administrative tasks including photocopying, faxing, mail/couriers, office supplies, as well as client invoicing.
