• Location: Mississauga (In-Office Position)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Pay: Starting at $20/hour (based on experience)
• Training: Paid training provided
• Start Date: Immediate
Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct inbound phone calls professionally
• Greet walk-in clients and visitors
• Data entry and basic CRM updates
• Prepare paperwork and administrative documents
• Light marketing and office support
• Maintain front desk organization
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience as receptionist or admin assistant
• Real estate experience is an asset
• Strong English communication skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with computers and office software
