Job Title: Registry Supervisor (NOC 1211)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: $24/Hour, based on 40 hours per week
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 10:00AM-6:30PM
Required Language: Fluent English

Key Responsibility 1.Supervise clinic customer registry and documents filling system, and database, perform duties including data entry, word processing, and record keeping to coordinate office activities among different teams. 2.Develop, update, monitor, and evaluate existing registry process and customer database to improve internal office practices and procedures. 3.Prioritize and assign daily tasks in accordance with operational objectives and requirements. 4.Manage and process customer inquiries including billing, complaints, and services introduction and explanation. 5.Respond to clinical and operational issues in a timely and professional manner; Solve customer issues or provide alternatives to improve service standards. 6.Handle and record confidential information including customers’ names, dates of birth, addresses, contact numbers, demographic characteristics, service history, and allergic history. 7.Arrange the employees’ work schedules and review the employee’s compliance to provide professional administrative support internally and externally. 8.Maintain logs of registry and filling activities, review and validate data by comparing database information to source documents. 9.Ensure the accuracy and reliability of the customer registry records and other information in the database; File and log all source documents. 10.Meet all clinic deadlines and office responsibilities, carefully listen to other colleagues’ valuable opinions to maximize work efficiency and promote friendly work environment. 11.Tracked and managed the stock level of clinic equipment and office supplies, arranged maintenance and order delivery schedules to ensure smooth work operation. 12.Develop and train new employee orientation, provide guidance and instructions regarding clinic policies and regulations, registry and filling system management, documents organization, and appropriate record-keeping locations.
Requirements: 1.Minimum three years’ experience as a Registry Supervisor is required, which experience in the hospital and clinic industries is preferred. 2.Minimum College diploma is required. 3.Solid background in word processing, data entering, documents and records filling and organizing, and remaining confidentiality 4.Detail and deadline oriented, process outstanding organizational skill to work in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment. 5.Ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment with encountering variable interruptions, and meanwhile remain positive relations in the office. 6.Ability of self-management and to be comfortably work within and supervise a team with strong leadership skill and interpersonal skill. 7.Ability to continuously develop, monitor, evaluate, and perfect the efficiency of work process and registry system. 8.Extraordinary time management skill with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently without compromising performance. 9.Excellent written, verbal communication skills in English. 10.Proficiency in using MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook with an attention to detail and accuracy.
